Sulla base dell’analisi di un caso concreto, ovvero la prima esperienza di rendicontazione sociale realizzata dalla Regione Toscana, l’obiettivo conoscitivo dell’articolo è riconducibile alla definizione di un possibile percorso di riclassificazione delle azioni regionali atto a misurarne, in chiave sociale, i risultati e le ricadute sul territorio. Lo studio verte dunque sul concetto di accountability nella realtà “Regione”, con particolare attenzione alla fase di stakeholder engagement nella valutazione degli impatti.
