La ricerca raccoglie e analizza dati tesi a valutare i primi dieci anni d’utilizzo di Sistemi normativi di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ) relativi all’insieme degli istituti per adulti del cantone Ticino riconosciuti e sovvenzionati, prima dell’avvento della nuova perequazione finanziaria fra Confederazione e Cantoni (2008), sulla base delle norme UFAS/AI 2000. I dati generali raccolti interessano 29 istituzioni responsabili di 82 unità di servizio. Il lavoro fornisce un quadro dell’impatto dei SGQ sull’organizzazione di strumenti e sistemi adottati, sugli sviluppi e gli apprendimenti, così come risulta dalle dichiarazioni dei professionisti direttamente interessati o dei loro rappresentanti.
The paper collects and analyzes data from the first ten years of quality management systems (QMS) as adopted by all the recognized and subsidized adult institutions of Canton Ticino (Switzerland), based on the UFAS/AI 2000 rules, before the introduction of the new financial equalization between the Confederation and the Cantons (2008). The data cover 29 institutions, responsible for 82 service units. The assessment aims to provide an overview of the QMS’s impact on the organization of the adopted tools and systems, on learning and development, as perceived by affected professionals and their representatives.
